1. CONTACT ME – You’ll find my mobile number and email address on my contact page here. Just give me a call or send me an email. If I’m not available please leave a message and I’ll get back to you ASAP.
2. LET’S CHAT – Tell me about your brief and the images you’re looking for. I’ll ask a few questions and give you my take on how best to ensure we get them.
3. I’ll SEND A QUOTE – Once I have an understanding of what the job entails I’ll give you an easy-to-understand quote – including my time, travel, other suppliers (e.g. stylist, make-up), props, post production.
4. WE PUT A DATE IN THE DIARY – If you like what you hear we can pencil in a date. I’m happy to keep the day/s on hold unless I start to incur expenses relating to the job, or unless I get a firm offer of work from another client. In either of those cases the booking will need to be confirmed and will then become binding and a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
5. I TAKE THE PICS – Once we’ve agreed on a time and place and have discussed all the logistics I arrive with my kit and any additional team members required and the fun begins. I think it’s important to have fun! It keeps people motivated and inspires them to get the job done well.
6. I EDIT, PROCESS AND DELIVER THE IMAGES – After the shoot I’ll generate a medium-res basic edit of the images and start working on the images we agree need further processing. Once completed I’ll send these over electronically in the agreed format.
7. INVOICING – With the job signed off and safely delivered I’ll send over my invoice. Please provide all necessary invoicing details such as PO’s and billing department contact info. Payment is in 30 days please.
